Dear Students,
The Salon Professional Academy Colorado Springs (the “School”) and its primary business owner, COSPAS, LLC, are excited to provide an important update regarding the School’s planned change in ownership.
We are pleased to announce that Stephanie Alderete, through her entity, Stephanie Alderete School of Beauty, LLC, will be acquiring full ownership control of the School in a transaction that is expected to be finalized on or after September 1, 2026. This timeline is, of course, contingent upon completing the necessary approval processes with the College’s regulatory agencies, including the Colorado Department of Higher Education, the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences, and the United States Department of Education.
As we look forward to the future, we are excited and optimistic about the new opportunities and advancements that Ms. Alderete’s ownership will bring.
I plan to continue serving in a limited role at the School for a period of time after the planned change in ownership is finalized. We will keep you updated as this process progresses.
